Hi Eamon, here the weather is great as usual, 25 degrees in the North of Tenerife in average, probably a bit more in Las Americas. I went there on Saturday and it was sunny and the perfect temperature to take a bath. Have a nice trip!

Just wondering, what is the weather usually like in Early-Mid December?

Hello Kerry,
If you are going to the South the temperature should be about 16 and 22 degrees Celsius in average (61 and 72 respectively in Fahrenheit) and not so many clouds!
You may want to check a table of temperatures per month here:

I’m coming over next month I’m hearing rumours that drinks are a £5 for a english pint is this true. Iexpect it to be dearer because of the £ to euro but that will be silly if its gone up to that?
February 19th, 2009 19:47
Hi Jimmy – Here in the North of the Island (Puerto de la Cruz) a pint cost about 2-3 Euro depending on the pub. That would we more or less the same price in Pounds with the current exchange value. Probably some very touristic bars in front of the beach are a bit more expensive, but never heard about 5 Euro!!!
I am going to the South this weekend so I will tell you on Sunday how much it costs a pint in Las Americas or Los Cristianos.

Hi Mark – Troya beach is a really quiet one, good for kids and a relaxing bath. If you want to surf I would recommend to you El Medano Beach (it’s about 15 min drive from Las Americas):

Have a nice trip and enjoy Tenerife!

Hi all,
Going to Playa Del Las Americas on 25th Nov – 6th Dec, can anybody tell me what the weather is normally like this part of the year?
I hope it is hot and sunny and good enough for a dip in the pool and perhaps the beach, if its not, the Wife is going to kill me lol.
Anybody ever stayed at Ocean Park? If so, what are your views on the place?
Thanks,
Lee

Hi.
I am travelling to Callao Salvaje next summer with my two children and my husband and elderly father. Can someone let me know what there is to do in the area of an evening. Nothing to loud as my dad is 73 so something with a family environment would be great.
We will be hiring a car but would be nice to know of some things in walking distance of an evening.
Thanks

Hi,
I am going to playa de las americas for a 18th birthday in early to mid decemeber
can anyone give me a rough idea of the weather? Would it be warm enough to tan?
And would there be many people there around the same age this time of year?
Also i hear its the low season so would all the clubs/waterparks and other entertainment still be avaliable?
Thanks
